A nice place to live

I've been living here for 2 years now and just decided to transfer to a newly upgraded 1 bedroom. Since living here I've enjoyed how green the property is. I love waking up and hearing the birds chip, seeing the humming birds flying by my bedroom window and just having nice neighbors. The office staff are kind and so is the maintenance team. I have experienced leaks in my apartment which can be annoying, but the property staff are attentive when getting everything mediated and back to normal.

It’s dirty. Always plumbing issues. Air conditioning in the summer went out for a few weeks. The walls are thin. I mean it’s okay if you don’t have much of any expectations. Overall, I would avoid.

Lived here 5 years and in the time, my apartment has flooded 4 times due to their poor maintenance. Management is the worst, if you ever have an issue, you can never get anything in writing from them about the situation because they intend to lie to you about what is going on and want zero accountability. I have now been here 3 years. I love it here. Yep it is a bit costly but it is all worth it. Nice okay space kitchen, pretty much never appliances.
