March 30, 2026Okay this one is for the staff. The place is great. The buildings are great. Well kept. All great. Staff really puts it over the top. There are some nights when the trash is just a mess by the dumpster. But when I’m leaving in the morning for work, it’s always cleaned right up and looking great again. Also, any problems you have in your apartment, they are right there to fix or replace. The office staff as well, always pleasant and willing to help. They really put this place over the top. March 21, 2026We are not completely moved in but the process was not pleasant at all. Problem after problem and hidden costs as well. As far as the actual apartment, it was not clean at all. Counters are stained, plastic left on appliances, paint dripped on cabinets, and the floors were filthy. Not much pride taken in cleaning it up before we got our keys.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2025So far the experience has been well. I am hoping that it will be a better experience than my last one that was really a terrible one . The maintenance team has been on top of the repairs our washer was not working they provided a brand new one and communicated the steps that would be taken. The ladies in the office have been extremely helpful especially Nancy!!! Miah also has helped a lot with this process … appreciate them Both!!!Property Manager Responded
