I have lived here for over 1 year. In Florida, I know there will always be roaches present, but this is NEXT LEVEL. German cockroaches have infested the entire complex. I keep my apartment clean, and I have purchased my own bait, roach motels, and sticky traps. I close my drains when not in use. The roaches have increased in the past several months, and I cannot get anyone to come out for pest control. My requests are being ignored. When I signed my lease, I was told I could have pest control ...
come out as often as needed, since they did not have designated days. It has been over a month since anyone came by. The last person that did come by for pest control entered and exited my apartment within one minute (I have a camera in my apartment, I verified.) Last night, a roach fell on me while putting away dishes. That was my last straw, and after a long day at work, I had to pack up my things and go stay at my parent's house, which is an hour commute to my job. I will be staying there until this issue is resolved. IF ANYONE IN THE OFFICE IS READING THIS, PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT BREAKING MY LEASE! If you're considering moving here, please do not. This is a legitimate health hazard, and I will be contacting the Florida Department of Health.

This complex is everything I could dream of! Close to the highway, walking distance from great food, and a beautiful modern touch! What a friendly neighborhood! The only thing I would recommend for apartment complex is the newly renovated apartment. Other than that it’s alright if you’re on a budget/want to save money. The appliances are pretty small. The kitchen was so small and hard to navigate through. Overrall it wasn’t terrible but could be better for sure.

I would love to say rent here! For an older community, they offer great convenience to the local Lake Mary shops and grocery stores within walking distance and the set up of the units aren’t so shabby. But there’s one major problem here and as a Floridian, I’ve never seen anywhere else - Palmetto Bugs! Upon moving in to my first unit, there was a dead one in my living room. I quickly learned that was not the end. After being here for 3 plus years and two units later, my daughter and I have had ...
our fair share of encounters with these beastly bugs. Unfortunately, with how the economy is, moving seems more and more unattainable these days, so we’re kinda stuck dealing with this and paying top dollar for 26 year old apartment with out some outdated features and a serious bug problem!
