August 19, 2025The only thing I would recommend for apartment complex is the newly renovated apartment. Other than that it’s alright if you’re on a budget/want to save money. February 17, 2025I would love to say rent here! For an older community, they offer great convenience to the local Lake Mary shops and grocery stores within walking distance and the set up of the units aren’t so shabby. But there’s one major problem here and as a Floridian, I’ve never seen anywhere else - Palmetto Bugs! Upon moving in to my first unit, there was a dead one in my living room. I quickly learned that was not the end. After being here for 3 plus years and two units later, my daughter and I have had ...our fair share of encounters with these beastly bugs. Unfortunately, with how the economy is, moving seems more and more unattainable these days, so we’re kinda stuck dealing with this and paying top dollar for 26 year old apartment with out some outdated features and a serious bug problem!Property Manager Responded
