WARNING
November 9, 2022WARNING to future tenants: This has to be by far one of the worst apartment complex's I have ever lived at... Like many of the comments state below the infastructure here is so poorly built that you are able to hear everything through these paper thin walls and ceilings. If you enjoy being woken up by other peoples phone alarms, or dogs barking this is the place for you. I could go on and on, but for now this is all I will be addressing.Review from Apartments.com
Car broken into

January 20, 2022I’ve lived here for over 10 months and the place is disgusting. Carpets covered in stains and dog poop and smell horrid. Your individual apartment is decent but with the hallways being that disgusting it’s not worth it. Neighbors below me blast music all night to the point I can’t sleep. Walls are so thin. I love my apt!
October 22, 2021I love my apt! My experience moving in was easy and painless. Delilah and Stephanie were accommodating and responsive to all of my many questions. After moving in, I was a bit surprised at how different the back of the building looks compared to the front where you go tour to view the property.They have plans to hire a cleaning crew for the weekends, they are replacing the carpets (I saw the swatch), and lastly, I was concerned about the back door being broken. I waited to leave my review until I ...saw that it was fixed, and as of last week, the door was repaired. I moved in on 10/1, and to date, I don’t have any significant concerns. After all, this is apartment living. I’m on the 4th, and it’s quiet. I do not hear my neighbors next to me or across from me. The leasing office staff and maintenance are helpful and amazing. Beautiful Property. GREAT Customer Service!
September 3, 2020The Tiffany at Maitland West is new, trendy, immaculate and competitively priced. The clubhouse and lobby area feel quite grand with towering, full glass windows overlooking a modern spa-like pool pool deck. The units have beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bath - quartz countertops, nice tile and stainless steel appliances. Large windows allow lots of light in. We are right off of I-4 and close to a plethora of wonderful shopping and restaurants. The staff are all friendly and eager to round ...out your luxury living experience. Nice place with even nicer staffs
September 18, 2018I moved to this apartment in July this year and was working with Aria from the leasing staff. She is literally the best, not only was she very proactive in taking actions and keeping me up to date throughout the entire application process but also has been really helpful since I have moved in. Definitely look for Aria when you visit this place. Also, the property manager on site is really nice and helpful. He has also helped me move a couple of my packages to my apartment and is always very warm ...and humble. This place is definitely the most safe and beautiful apartments in the area and I love living here.Property Manager Responded
