Apartments are good but issues with Patio
May 24, 2021Its been one month in Timbers, Apartments are nice and management is good. However , there are issues with the design of the patios as they are not completely covered , so if people staying above waters plants or does gardening, stuff comes down and falls on you. I'm thinking of buying a beach ? just for my patio. Also you don't need subwoofers for entertainment system, you get that by default by all sorts of noises coming through the wall and ceiling. Great apartments
January 17, 2021The staff is great, the women in the office are extremely helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient. Great amenities include pool, grills, outdoor fireplace, workout facilities. Close to everything.Costco next door. Kroger and Walmart less than a mile away. Bars and restaurants are even closer. Greenwood mall 2 miles away. I’ve been here for 3 months and I love it here.Property Manager Responded

NO PARKING
January 16, 2019The apartments are nice BUT there is a HUGE parking issue!! I work evenings/nights and get home at all hours and there is never any parking available anywhere near my apartment. Their response was to find parking at the front of the complex and walk all the way back to mine or to purchase a garage. I already pay for a garage (I live with another person) and I am not paying for another on top of the already high end rent. They are not looking to fix this issue either!!Property Manager Responded
