this place is garbage
March 21, 2019This apartment complex is absolute garbage. The office staff is the rudest bunch i've ever dealt with. there was a situation with the lock on our door. When we moved in, the office changed our lock because the keys they gave us didn't work. Months later, they had a company come in to do some testing of the alarms, and i received a voice mail accusing us of changing our locks, and telling me we'd be charged for them replacing the lock with one of theirs, and how unacceptable it was that we had ...done that.....when the office were the ones that hand changed the locks months ago. This place is just a nightmare. There was ALWAYS condensation on the windows that got so bad, it'd soak 3 bath towels when i tried to dry it off, and the carpet was soaked. They said it was up to us to figure out how to deal with it. when they replaced the roofs, there was garbage left everywhere from the roofers, and we were told it was up to us to clean it up. When they were moving our neighbor's stuff out, they were literally throwing the things they left in the apartment down the sitars, where my car was parked, and they hit it with a few of the items. My complaint was met with a shrug. The rent is higher than it should be, and the laundry room is more expensive than it should be. its just a hot mess. don't do it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 5, 2019I was charged $1250 for pet damages to a baseboard and I never once had a pet move into that apt. I even informed them about issues in the apt that they overlooked.Review from Apartments.com
Shitty managment
August 4, 2017The managment constantly harasses guests. Has problems with marijuanna smoking. Hates service dogs also refuses to acknowledge the service dog as a service dog. Doing random inspections to see if anyone lives here and telling guests they cant be here. Also they raise rent for "excellent service" every few months.Review from Apartments.com
worst place to live in lacey
April 26, 2017worst place to rent in lacey. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! refuses to give your deposit back no matter how perfect you clean it and will charge you for stupid things in order to scam you out of money. Manager says who you can and cant have as visitors. if she doesnt like you, she will find any and every excuse to get rid of you. do not waste your time.Review from Apartments.com
