Wonderful Living Excellent Management
November 14, 2025Living at Tolman has been a fantastic experience. The apartment offers stunning views that make coming home each day a joy. It’s bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with modern finishes and a layout that feels both functional and cozy. The building itself is quiet, clean, and secure, with great amenities like a gym, rooftop lounge, pool, fireplaces, barbecue stations, game rooms, and convenient parking. The location is excellent — close to parks, restaurants, and public transportation. ...Special thanks to the Management Team - Tomi, Benda (Maintenance Team : Louis and Rob) who have been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my time here. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly enhanced the experience. The regular community events hosted by the management team — from seasonal gatherings to casual mixers — have also been a great way to meet neighbors and foster a real sense of connection. July 25, 2025For someone who moved out for the first time, choosing to live in the Tolman is one of the best decisions ever. It gives you the feeling of going home to what feels like a hotel. From the beautiful modern look, to the amenities, cleanliness, management, security, and just the overall luxe feel— just gives me more than enough reason to say that though it’s only been almost a month since I moved in, it has been a good decision. I am always excited to go home. There may be more affordable options ...within the area, but given that the Tolman is new, living in a unit as a first resident and all the good stuff I mentioned, I think it is a deal and well worth it. I always say, if I am going to do it once, I want to do it right. Tolman just felt right from the very first day I toured, I already fell in love.Property Manager Responded
