June 15, 2025I’ve had a generally good experience living at The Tomscot. The location is convenient. The building offers great amenities. Management has been consistently responsive and helpful whenever an issue comes up, which really sets this place apart. There are a few areas that could use improvement. Dog waste management could be better enforced, and adding more greenery or plants would make the space feel more welcoming and relaxing. It would also be nice to see more investment in outdoor common areas ...or green spaces. Rent is definitely on the higher end, which may make it less accessible for individuals or families looking for long-term housing. Because of the price, many units are shared by college students, which can sometimes lead to noise and messiness in shared spaces. Overall, it’s a solid place to live—especially if location and amenities are your top priorities. With a few small improvements, it could easily be one of the best apartment communities in the area.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2025Decent place to reside though its certainly not without its flaws, and certainly is a bit overpriced in comparison to some of the nearby communities that are significanty nicer & of better quality. Additionaly, it drives me nuts that there is no nice gym for the community to use, nor is there a hot tub available, yet they felt the need to include a kitty pool next to the big pool. Not really sure what Greystars thought process was during the planning phase prior to building out the property.Review from Apartments.com
