The place is really nice! The room is quality and has good ammenidies. Moving parking spots was a bummer because mine was so good but overall I love it here. My garage clicker is awful but I don’t want to bring it up because I fear they will charge me for it even though I’ve only had it for 2 days.

Location and amenities are great. A great deal of hallway and road noise from lower end build quality. Apartments look nice but finish isn’t good quality especially flooring. Can hear talking or TVs etc from other apartments but consistently hear neighbors walk/running around. Office staff quality had declined after COVID has been some changes so hopefully it helps

I’ve had a great experience living here! The complex is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the pricing feels very fair for what you get. The units are incredibly spacious, which is a huge plus, and the amenities are great, especially the gym, which has solid, well kept equipment. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community.

I have lived at the Tomscot for one year. My experience is the office staff has been very nice. They have worked with me the maintenance department. When there is an issue they get right on it. I love it here.

Solid spot. Great location. Management is active if not proactive with issues. Would recommend to most if they have the funds as the apartment is on the more the expensive side given the available luxuries
