January 28, 2025It's a good starter home although maintenance has gone down hill in the past couple of months.Neighborhood not bad. Amenities decent. While I appreciate the transition to a smoke free community I didn't think that would include bbq grills as well.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2024Have been waiting for my dryer to get fixed it’s been over 3 months. Not to mention the constant loose dogs in the neighborhood. I honestly don’t recommend living here it’s really hard to contact the leasing office and when you do lots of your issues don’t get solved.Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2024Things are unchanged. Need assigned parking, 2 per unit. Regulated water bills. Everyone should not have the same water bill. More residents activities.Property Manager Responded
