Upon move-in, the small bathroom toilet was disassembled. The floors had garbage, construction debris, dirt, and liquid all over the downstairs. The refrigerator was coated on the outside with dirt/dust and inside with a mystery liquid and dried food pieces. The freezer was coated in a think layer of frozen goo.
