Cheaply built
May 4, 2021Very cheaply built. They give you refurbished appliances. Lots of bugs inside and out. Built on a swamp. In the spring the house is filled with spiders and potato bugs. In the summer there are chirping crickets in the living room. They will not provide pest removal if requested. The landscapers last year did not keep up the property. Most of the summer we had long grass and lots of weeds. The property manager is very rude. She is not receptive and will talk down to you. The maintenance men are ...great and respond in a timely fashion when things break. This is somewhere to live for a year at most.Property Manager Responded

July 19, 2020Zero stars would be better! Look elsewhere unless you like a property manager and her office staff who change rules as they see fit without any rhyme or reason! Property manager and her office person will tell you what you want to hear so you sign the lease. Also they are so unprofessional that they call people out by name to shame them into their crazy militaristic rules!!Review from Apartments.com
