March 31, 2023Maintenance, things half fixed, some units foliage and bush's need up graded, and dead bushes removed. Some areas, standing water, but your not allowed to put flowers or plants out, unless they're in pots. Shots fired on certain streets here. This used to be a wonderful place to live. Pitt bulls and Rottweilers, in "certain" units. We really need security cameras here now. Been here over 9 yrs.Review from Apartments.com
New maintenance team!
June 10, 2020Number one, I have lived here for yrs, and NEVER found anything missing in my town home when maintenance left, and I document just about everything! The team keeps it clean outside, and inside, and do regular inspections at certain times of the year,to make sure there are no roach or other infestation problems!! Management does not tolerate drugs, fights, or domestic disturbances. Daycare is onsite.Review from Apartments.com

AND THEY DONT LEAVE ANY NOTICES WHEN THEY HAVE TO COME IN TO DO ANY MAINTENANCE WORK.YOU WILL FIND OUT IF SOMETHING HAS BEEN MOVED OR MISSING OR YOU NOTICE WHAT EVER NEEDED TO BE FIX OR REPAIRED IS FIXED!AND THEY MOVE VERY SLOW AT TIMES FOR REPAIRS!HAVING CAMERAS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE WILL BE THE BEST THING TO DO !Review from Apartments.com
