Does not cover utilities
February 23, 2022If you’re looking to the one bedrooms listed for $700 please keep in mind you’ll actually be paying $900. They do not cover any utilities what so ever . I doing this review because housing is extremely hard to find for singles under 30 so please don’t fall into false hope . At this point it’s cheaper to move to Houston than to live in Beaumont.Property Manager Responded

For the majority of apartment communities we manage, only base rent is displayed online, since additional utilities and fees can vary based on usage in each individual home. The leasing staff is happy to discuss additional charges with anyone interested in living at our community and provide a close estimate if necessary, so that no resident signs a lease without understanding which monthly charges are required to be paid.
