Horrible! Don’t Rent Here
September 4, 2024We had nothing but problems for 4 years while living here. Everything is cheap and breaks often, most of the maintenance don’t know what they are doing, and we never got our leak fixed which caused a puddle in the living room whenever it rained. Management is the worst of any place and company I have ever lived at. Terrible communication, no one calls you back, they don’t know the answer to any questions, and nothing ever gets fixed until you call at least 3 times. They prefer to send out ...unprofessional and passive aggressive emails instead of fixing problems. We finally moved out and because they can’t check their mailbox in a timely manner, they are charging us extra for days we did not live there. Great Area
September 23, 2015A six months stay that has turned into a 7 year home. Great place. Has a well maintained pool, tennis court, off leash dog area, and a fitness center. Maintenance is quick to fix things and landscaping is kept up nicely, even with the drought. Laminate floors, marble counters, and stainless steel appliances make up the living area. Paths wind through the apartments, making for a nice walk, especially with your best canine friend. Nice quiet place to come home to.Review from Apartments.com
Not great
August 17, 2015Property management staff are not helpful. Been having a lot of crime in the area. Apartments been used as drug labs and had the Sheriff's department arresting people for dealing drugs. Homeless people roam the complex at night. It used to be much nicer a few years ago before the new property management company came in and destroyed all of that. New property management company also came in and began forcing people out of their apartments by kicking them out to renovate the apartment.
