        I have lived at many properties and this has been the best experience. Management on-site truly cares about the property and residents. The Staff always greets you with a smile and how may I assist you when you walk in the Clubhouse. I lived here one year and it would have been longer however, I relocated to a different city. I did not have any maintenance concerns while living at the property. I was walking my trash out one day to the dumpster and a Maintenance Technician stopped while he was ...
        driving the maintenance golf cart, he said, “Hi and wanted to take the bag a trash for me”. How generous and kind of him to be so thoughtful. That is not his job. The Community Director and Maintenance Director have both gone above and beyond for myself and other Residents at the Property, it does not go unnoticed. The property is very quiet and an ideal location for easy access to the highway. I highly recommend Trails at the Crossings for your future apartment home the amenities, management, staff, location and affordability cannot be matched.

      • Management is heartless

        The apartments themselves are nice and new. Parking is limited, and as someone who pays for a 2 bedroom for just myself, I would like to have a guaranteed spot, but if I get in after 6pm I have to park on the other side of the complex. They ask for your license plate number when you move in but never tow anyone, so I'm not sure why they bother. The gym isn't open when I would actually use it, so I still pay for a gym membership. The office will hassle you and call every day to tell you that ...
        you have to renew your lease in the next 30 days, even when you've assured them you will do so. They raise the rent substantially every lease term. The building has a front door, which is nice when it's cold or rainy, but if you have neighbors like mine the passageways will always smell like weed. The walls are very thin. I can hear kids screaming and crying downstairs, and if you work from home it's a huge distraction. Maintenance is a bright spot. They always come that day or the next business day, except when they can't take care of the problem themselves. Management won't work with you at all. When you move out, they'll charge you for a full month's rent but make you leave 3 days early. The place I'm moving into is still being built and may not be ready until the last couple days of the month, but the office wouldn't budge on making me move out 3 days early.
