Worst maintenance and no response
May 8, 2024Reported issue never been resolved , blinds got broken and even after a week it was not resolved. Dryer was not working , it’s been month and but not replaced. Worst management ever, if u want to live peacefully don’t come to this community ever.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Management!!
April 2, 2023There is a MICE in the house & this is not happening for the first time!! We have trapped 2 mices before, this is the third one coming. After informing so many times to the management, they do nothing about it. They keep saying they’ll send someone, it’s been more than a month now. Nobody has come for pest control. Not even fixing that place from where the mice is entering. MOLD INFESTED- DO NOT APPLY
September 19, 2022I have had various issues throughout my stay year but as of 1 month ago, Dr suggested Getting a mold test due to my worsening respiratory problems. Tested Positive. Management didn’t acknowledge and when asked to see results from“3rd party” inspection, I was told it would take up to 30 DAYS for results.!!! Still waiting!Review from Apartments.com

Bad move out experience
March 22, 2019Good apartment and love the surroundings. But the happy bubble bursts when you move out. Management charges extremely high cleaning / repair charges much beyond industry average even for natural wear and tear even after living for 3+ years.
