Horrible apartment.
June 5, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comINFESTED with cockroaches!! They make you pay a monthly fee for pest spray but they never come. Maintenance is horrible and when I had an issue with the dryer I was told the appliances are “new” and shouldn’t have an issue. Recently switched how we pay rent and never notified the renters. The office said there was an email and they put a letter on our door and now we need to pay a late fee because of their mistakes. I would not recommend living here and I wish I could upload pictures of the pink ...and black mold that was infested in the apartment, broken blinds, nails in the carpets, huge cockroaches, and the “new” appliances. The only thing this apartment complex has is a public walking trail behind it.Read More

Management charges extremely high cleaning / repair charges much beyond industry average even for natural wear and tear even after living for 3+ years.
