Kind of like a resort
August 13, 20242 months in and everything is golden. I was not really looking forward to living in Florida but The Tristan has made it better and totally doable. It's generally very quiet and calm and there's enough events and spaces that I always feel like there's something to get out and do on property to get out of my shell but also not like there is always something happening where I can't enjoy the spaces or feel like I'm intruding. As an introvert that's been really nice to have options without feeling ...edged out. The staff has all been super responsive and nice and really transparent with anything going on, which I've appreciated. Everything in the public spaces is always really clean and accessible too. I do love the pool area and it feels like living in a resort when I am out there. Kind of the whole thing feels like an all-inclusive sometimes. I have a dog so the number of dog "business" areas is really nice and the dog park too. Overall location is awesome with plenty to do and "live" life with on 9 mile. There are multiple grocery options within 5 minutes and several gyms + a coffee shop you can walk to. It's really quiet even being close to all the businesses and I am one of the apartments closest to the main road and still don't even notice it.Property Manager Responded

The building is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for those who commute. The best part of all though is how quickly Mrs.Gasper responds to any questions that I had when first moving in. May 30, 2023After having to move out of another place in PNS due to a roach infestation, once we found The Tristan, it was the easiest decision to make. It was even better that the staff, particularly Ivonna and Lauren, made the entire process so seamless start to finish. It’s right off west nine mile but you can’t hear the cars, the community feels very safe, and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. This is my first luxury style apartment living, and it’s safe to say that The Tristan have gone ...above and beyond to make this place feel like peace on earth, with a clubhouse we have access to 24/7, an awesome gym and fitness classes, massive pool, and a bunch of games. I’ve never left a review before for an apartment but after everything my partner and I have been through, it feels necessary to talk about how incredible our experience has been so far. The Tristan is excellent!
May 29, 2023I've been living at The Tristan for about two weeks and have nothing but positive things to say about the complex and the staff. Specifically, Lauren and CJ have shown me nothing but kindness and have been extremely helpful. For example, I asked about raising some of my closet shelves as my clothes are tall and they were more than happy to accommodate and adjust the shelves for me. The 1x1 apartment is beautiful. Admittedly, I have the advantage of being the first resident to ever live in the ...unit. Nevertheless, it is extremely clean (bug free) and the layout is well designed. It feels spacious despite being less than 800 sq feet. I can easily fit a king bed into my bedroom along with a dresser and nightstand. I was worried about storing my belongings as I am coming from a 2x2, however, there is ample closet and cabinet space throughout the unit. There is an elevator inside of the building which made moving much easier. My only advice would be to select a unit a few doors down from the elevator so you don't hear the foot traffic. The building is very secure as it remains locked at all times. Residents have special privileges installed on our phones that grant us access to the building. The clubhouse is one of the highlights of living here. Residents have 24/7 access to the main lounge, conference rooms, mailroom, and gym. The gym has almost everything you could ever need. The only equipment that I would consider "missing" is a leg press machine and a seated cable row machine (though they do have a multi-purpose cable machine, so rows can be accomplished). However, you can get a great workout in and will have little need for a commercial gym membership unless you want to lift very heavy. Great place to live!!
May 10, 2023This is my first luxury apartment! And can I say I’m loving it! I love the floor plan options and the balcony’s are nice and spacious. The kitchen is nice and open and you get an island with a sink. You don’t have to take the trash all the way down stairs, they offer a trash vallet to come pick it up at your day everyday! They also have a really nice pool and offer yoga with a trainer and the gym! If you have a dog they also have plenty of spots to walk them and everyone is super friendly.
