October 7, 2025I enjoy living at the Tyler for the location and convenience to local restaurants and bars/coffee shops. The resident lobby has complimentary coffee and workspaces and the gym is super nice! The resident only dog park and dog spa are nice perks as well. If you’re on the Higley side of the building it’s a little loud (traffic-wise) but that’s to be expected with a property like this. I wish the bedrooms were larger.Property Manager Responded
