The amenities here are top-notch — the gym is well-equipped and perfect for both casual workouts and serious training. The pool area is clean, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind or hang out with friends on sunny days. The environment is super student-friendly and peaceful, which makes it easy to focus on school while still enjoying social life. One of the things I appreciate most is the supportive and ...responsive staff — they’re always kind, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. Plus, The U hosts some really fun and thoughtful events throughout the year that make it easy to connect with other residents and feel like part of a community. Well, awful roommates.
November 21, 2016They roomed me with people who are total opposites from me. I filled up the roommate forms which was supposed to be our preferences and pretty much personality because it was very detailed. I ended up having to live with awful people. July 20, 2015In comparison to the other apartments available in Davis, the U is some distance away from campus and shopping. It is also on the pricier side since there has been new remodeling to create a sort of luxury dorm feel.
