Not as advertised
September 23, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThere are so many reasons, I highly recommend not to rent from this company. Firstly, although their lease states that the deposit may be used as a cleaning fee if necessary, what they actually mean is that they will charge you $65 to clean your apartment when you move out whether your apartment is cleaner, then you moved in or not. My daughter left this apartment extremely clean, even though it was given to her dirty. After speaking to the manager of this facility, he advised me that it's ...extremely rare to ever get your deposit back. They also tried to charge her a painting fee, even even though her room was not painted prior to move. We were able to get that fee reversed, at least they stated they are sending that portion back. While living on this property, the pool was always dirty, the TV that is in all the advertisement photos next to the pool was broken and missing. The lights in the hall in the covered area while walking to your bedroom door, we're never replaced. When monsoon season came, water leaked through the doors and windows on the second floor into the apartment. The security cameras outside the apartments facing the parking lot do not work, so when my daughter's car was broken into in the middle of the night there was no evidence for the police to look at. Their maintenance does questionable work, I am not even convinced some of these people are qualified to handle electrical work. Save your money and live in a safer nicer apartment, this one isn't worth your time.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Move-out charges should always be clear and based on the actual condition of the unit. We apologize if the standard cleaning fee or any other charges were not explained well at move-in. We’re glad the painting fee was corrected. The apartment should have been clean at move-in, and we apologize if it wasn’t. That is something we should have handled immediately. Regarding the leaks, the monsoon season can affect many buildings in the area. That’s why we have on-site maintenance available, and we encourage residents to call us right away so we can respond quickly. We understand the concerns about the pool, lighting, and general upkeep. These areas are serviced regularly, but if anything was missed or delayed, we take responsibility and are working to improve. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving.
