About The Union
The Union has modern and spacious, fully-furnished 2 & 4 bedroom individually leased apartments near OSU. Our prime location puts you only 2 blocks north of Oregon State University and all things Corvallis making us easily the best-located student housing in Corvallis. Each apartment home is beautifully designed with contemporary furniture, washer/dryers in unit, stainless steel/energy efficient appliances, and huge windows to provide lots of natural light! Plus, with covered parking and indoor bike storage options, everything is easily accessible. We even have onsite management & maintenance, individual locking doors on every bedroom, plus security cameras and an intercom system. Residents will enjoy a resident lounge with a pool table, spacious study lounge with study tables, a library, sundeck & bbq area, and bocce ball court. If you have a green thumb, we have a large rooftop garden and even individual garden beds for our residents to use. Best of all though, is our great central location right off campus that puts you in the middle of everything!

So close to campus

The study lounge is super nice and makes it so I don't have to go to the busy library all the time. Loving The Union!
January 27, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comOne of my favorite things about The Union is how close it is to campus. I usually walk to class, and it never takes longer than 15 minutes to get to any of my classes, which saves me time. Another one of my favorite features, though it probably gets looked over or not even noticed most of the time, is that the cupboards in our kitchen are dry-erase friendly, which makes it super easy to have a shopping list for the apartment that everyone can add to. I would also like to spotlight the maintenance ...staff that takes care of requests for things like clogged sinks/showers, leaking dishwashers, keys that don’t work, and other miscellaneous things that go wrong in an apartment, usually in two days or less after submitting the request. I’m glad that they make a friendly environment and they also are pretty fast when fixing any issue. It's close to campus, they have several resources free to use (printer, coffee maker, etc...), fully furnished, and the staff creates an overall good atmosphere. I recommend college students live here if it's in their budget, it made my transition to University easy!
Terrible and expensive
August 25, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comToo expensive and do not offer anything that they should for the price you pay. With this price, you can rent an entire apartment just for you instead only a bedroom. They also charge you a very large fee for subleasing your bedroom.
New management made all the difference!

It's really close to campus, there's free internet and they furnished every apartment this year. Pretty much all I could ask for now!
