Unfortunately, my experience living in this community has been disappointing.
The community advertises several amenities, but some of them are either poorly maintained or simply unavailable. The tennis court entrance has been broken, the pool is often dirty and not maintained as well as it should be, and the billiard room has been closed even though it is advertised as one of the community amenities.

then not be able to properly use them. These are not small temporary issues — some of them have been ongoing for a while.
The community has potential and the location is good, but management really needs to pay more attention to maintenance and make sure residents actually have access to the amenities they are paying for.
