March 3, 2025I placed my request 3 weeks ago about a sink and dryer, they fixed the sink and not the dryer, then I received a gmail where the dryer and sink were already fixed, which is not true, the dryer was never fixed, I called the office several times to see when they would fix it and until today they have not responded to me, but they do charge the rent money very well.Property Manager Responded

They do not treat their residents with care or respect, dismiss concerns and suggestions to improve the quality of the environment, and their maintenance workers take forever to complete repairs. Do not move here
July 9, 2024I have been living here for 11 months and it has been horrible. I have had many issues since moving in like leaks and the a/c going out, and maintenance will take weeks to come and fix the problem. Besides this, it is impossible to find parking, the dumpster is constantly overflowing with trash and dog poop is everywhere outside.Property Manager Responded
