May 30, 2025This place is the worst! The “amenities” are always broken (elevator, pool) and the kitchens are disgusting. The rooms are ridiculously tiny. Worst of all is the staff. They are all rude and incompetent. They won’t even give you paper for the printer.Review from Apartments.com
Ripoff
May 30, 2025The Urban has gone down significantly over the course of the year. They fired all of their decent staff and no longer have any worthwhile amenities. A bunch of rooms flooded with dirty water and they did nothing about it to help us other than put loud dehumidifiers in the rooms and hallways for weeks. Parking is super expensive for residents (but free for hotel guests), the pool is always closed, and all of the shared areas like laundry, kitchen, and couches are dirty. Elevator Broken, Tiny Rooms
September 22, 2024The elevator is down CONSTANTLY (once every few weeks for the whole day) and they put everybody on floors 5 and 6. The hot tub is broken all the time too. There are also persistent cigarette or weed smells in the rooms because all of the room vents are connected. The construction across the street also makes the front of the building totally inaccessible every single day from 7am-5pm. The rooms are tiny and the rent is high.
