Nice interior but….

Up to date apartments with nice interior finishes. In a good location with so much nearby.
Campus is supposedly smoke free but my neighbor who’s a maintenance supervisor is a chain smoker. He would smoke in his bathroom and it would flow through the ventilation into my apartment. Along with the smell constantly lingering outside.
Staff in the office is terrible at communication and they don’t mind the exterior of the property going downhill. Constant trash everywhere, dog poop, overflowing ...
trash cans by the pool and dog waste bins.
The pool is not cleaned on a regular basis and green algi is all around the pool along with dirt/sand grit on your feet from the bottom of the pool. I was told when I first moved in that it was a heated salt water pool. That was a big lie to rope someone in to a contact.
Walls are super thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Including foot steps, hooting and hollering, laughing, coughing and your neighbor (again the maintenance supervisor) having sex with his girlfriend.
If you move into building 9 you’ll get the pleasure of living in the same building where someone thinks he’s a ghost hunter. Maybe he can find the ghosts from the young individual that died in our building from an overdose. The last exciting thing in building would be an aggressive dog. But really watch out! Have I mentioned the maintenance supervisor yet? It’s his dog and it’s a black German Shepherd named Shadow. Shadow attacked my dog once for absolutely no reason and left for puncture wounds. Shadow has also jumped out of the window and busted through the screen to jump out at me as I was walking on the sidewalk. She is dangerous to be around and an aggressive dog. I’m not sure how this dog is allowed on the property as it’s a high risk to all residents.
At the end of the day management and staff at BAM does not care and nothing will change.
