August 15, 2025No real complaints. Rent is pretty expensive, but that's not just here. Units are basically new. Maintenance are responsive and friendly. Grounds are clean and taken care of. It's actually quiet here despite being a mile away from the interstate. Win, win.Property Manager Responded

DON'T DO IT!
June 27, 2025THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU LIVE HERE OR ARE THINKING ABOUT IT. If you are moving out, make sure to document EVERYTHING. These folks will try to charge you as much as possible. We had no pets and lived there for less than 1 year (literally let out of our lease because they won't enforce nonsmoking policy). They have sent us a document outlining a $1,197 charge to replace carpets that were left in the literal same shape as when we moved in. The manager explained to me how they hire a second ...party who looks at things and then a third party decides whether the carpets are salvageable (usually because pets tend to do a number on carpets--we have no pets). Thankfully, I took photos and video of our unit when we moved in and when we left, so we are protected. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!
