August 22, 2025My move-in experience has been amazing! I was able to get my move-in date earlier, and the entire process was very smooth. The community and amenities are great and unique, which makes it a really nice place to live. The only minor issue I noticed was that while the apartment was clean, it wasn’t deep cleaned — the kitchen cabinets had some dirt inside. Also, the appliances are a bit scratched up. If these can be taken care of within the first week, I’ll be completely satisfied. Overall, ...everything else has been great so far!Property Manager Responded

August 21, 20255 stars for the leasing professionals, maintenance professionals, amenities, overall community. Unfortunately my usual complaint remains the same. That is some residents not adhering to simple requests. They continue to leave trash in front of their doors on non pick up days, and not using trash pail on pick up and non pick up days. There has been trash left for more than 1 day, which smells, is unsightly and plain inconsiderate of others. I have witnessed residents dropping their trash bags on ...the ground at the compactor, when there is room inside. Also mattresses, furniture, and boxes that are not broken down. There is a sign explaining what is acceptable. I truly love my home here and want this to continue to be the beautiful community it is. I would like to thank all employees for the tremendous job they do to make this a 5 star community! Your efforts do not go unnoticed.Property Manager Responded
