July 19, 2025Nice experience! Moving into the new apartment has been a refreshing and exciting change. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of comfort and peace. The space is well-lit with plenty of natural light, and the layout is both modern and functional. One of the best parts is the quiet neighborhood—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day at work. The amenities are a big plus too. May 10, 2025I am happy to call Venue my home. Out of all the communities I’ve lived in over 15 years in Georgia, Venue is the best! Staff are wonderful, floor plans are more than adequate, the grounds are beautiful, the amenities are amazing! My only issue unfortunately are the few residents that do not comply with keeping the community a five star one. Some leave trash in the breezeways, (empty cans, candy and chip wrappers, and garbage out on non pick up days.)Property Manager Responded
