HONEST REVIEW: Don’t move here!
August 18, 2020If you want an honest review of this complex, knock on some doors and ask the residents. Every amenity is false advertisement; nothing is kept up or taken care of across the complex. The "24-Hr Fitness Center" is in fact only open 8AM to 10PM, not to mention only open 10AM - 4PM currently with only 50% of the equipment. The dog park has been cancelled and removed from their amenities list because it was "misleading." The clubhouse and cyber cafe are not open, both of which were presented as 24 ...hour amenities...but can be rented..The bike shop, car wash, and pet spa are currently "coming soon." These were all advertised and sold to residents as being done by spring 2020. We're are months past and there is no timeline for these to be completed. The Bike shop was to include bike storage, a perk MANY people were looking forward too; now that aspect seems to have been cancelled as well as the maintenance department has taken over much of the building. Nice to know that could be completely on time. The pet waste stations are continually over full and out of bags. The resort style swimming pool is only open 10AM - 4PM, and those are days the management feels up to getting it open on time, let alone at all. There has been many times since opening that it has not opened at all with no notice out to residents. The courtyard is nothing but dirt and weeds surrounding a disgustingly dirty fountain. You can find building gutters, water bottles, trash bags, and shooters in the pond. These items have been there for weeks, months. No one walks around to inspect the property. Post construction, many areas of concrete were cut out and replaced. Many of these areas are currently in worse condition, or the surrounding areas were damaged in the process. There has been broken sprinkler lines flooding different parts of the complex continuously for over a month. You can only use Covid as a crutch for so long. The majority of all other apartments in the area have been able to keep amenities open without removing equipment or shedding hours while complying with Covid guidelines and regulations. Residents are paying a a premium rent for these amenities that were described whether you list them in the lease or not..There has been very little communication from management or the owners in regards to EVERY residents dissatisfaction with the complex. August 14, 2020We have just moved in. I needed to do some urgent laundry and the washer had no water. I was unable to turn the faucets, so I called the office and Jill came immediately. She turned the water on and I was able to complete my task.Review from Apartments.com
