    I just moved in and the office staff was incredible in helping me through the move. I put in a couple of repair requests and the maintenance team hopped on it right away and made it perfect. If you live here, the staff will make sure your apartment is perfect. Also all the neighbors are very friendly and nice.

    I don’t normally leave a review for customers of mine, but I felt compelled to do so and give a big kudos to the property management staff members- for the work they do to maintain their luxury apartments and beautiful grounds. I’m a contracted Vendor that has provided full scope IT services to Veranda at Market Common for many years now. All of the employees there, from the maintenance staff to Upper-level managers are without exception, the best folks to work for! And although I’m just an ...
    independent contractor, the staff goes out of their way to treat me as one of their own, they make me feel comfortable and are very friendly and communicative, offer any assistance I might need - and I’m very appreciative of those facts. It’s evident they go out of their way to treat the residents and the people who provide services for them with the utmost respect. Not to mention I get paid promptly and in full which is important when you’re a small business owner.   • Almost perfect

    We have lived here for one year and have enjoyed all the amenities the events. I feel the rent is fair. The property is beautiful maintenance keeps it looking very nice and clean. The ladies in the office are always planning great events for us. My only dislike is my neighbor's trash being left out for days in the hallway it leaks and smells.

  • Consider before Renting

    The experience as a resident at this complex has not been a positive one in many ways. First, there is a problem with noise transfer between apartments-apartment noise can be heard above, side beside, etc.. Second, there is no security on site when issues have occurred needing attention. Third, many residents are not encouraged to follow complex guidelines of not disturbing other residents with noise at all hours of the night, with people coming and going all hours of the night. Fourth, ...
    management is not receptive of reported issues and are dismissive with complaints (this has been acknowledged by other residents in the complex). Fifth, rents are very high in comparison to other complexes in the area. Sixth, fees are charged which are very high, for those who move out, for which there is no mechanism to dispute charges. Seventh, after hour issues go to the management office and not responded to over weekend hours, again no security for safety at the complex as is common with other rental properties in the area. Eighth, the gates installed, only one operational, will not permit emergency access should there be need. The management is not receptive to learning of issues after hours concerns for the residents. Safety and access could be an issue over weekend or evening hours. Again, no security on site.

I was definitely upset that the management changed hands within two months of me being here but, I am so happy now that they did. I definitely see the difference in the management staff.
