Best Apartment complex by far!
May 4, 2026This apartments office staff is so nice and endearing. We have a 3 year old and a golden retriever and they all treat us like family. Perfect resort living
March 12, 2026Staff, Maintenance are amazing. The grounds here are well kept, clean, beautiful and inviting. We have lived here now for almost a year, and im happy we took our time to find the veranda. Any issues and/or concerns are always addressed promptly. The staff hold events each and every month and it's a really cool experience....plus you get to meet your neighbors. Our furbabies are welcomed, and infact the staff celebrate all furbabies that live here. good place to live
June 8, 2025Lived here from July of 2024 to July 2025 and honestly no complaints! Only reason I am moving from it is to be back home with family. Never once had any appliances break down the only time I ever needed maintenance was just to paint over a small spot under my sink. Staff is also great and responsive!Property Manager Responded

New Resident - Excellent Staff & Friendly Community
February 20, 2025I just moved in and the office staff was incredible in helping me through the move. I put in a couple of repair requests and the maintenance team hopped on it right away and made it perfect. If you live here, the staff will make sure your apartment is perfect. A Vendor's Perspective - Exceptional Staff!
February 20, 2025I don’t normally leave a review for customers of mine, but I felt compelled to do so and give a big kudos to the property management staff members- for the work they do to maintain their luxury apartments and beautiful grounds. I’m a contracted Vendor that has provided full scope IT services to Veranda at Market Common for many years now. All of the employees there, from the maintenance staff to Upper-level managers are without exception, the best folks to work for! And although I’m just an ...independent contractor, the staff goes out of their way to treat me as one of their own, they make me feel comfortable and are very friendly and communicative, offer any assistance I might need - and I’m very appreciative of those facts. It’s evident they go out of their way to treat the residents and the people who provide services for them with the utmost respect. Not to mention I get paid promptly and in full which is important when you’re a small business owner. The management office keeps a tight ship with close attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction. I hope to continue working here for many years to come. December 19, 2024I just moved to The Veranda at Market Common and just attended my 1st resident party. The front-end staff and maintenance crew did an awesome job. The residents made me feel so welcomed, coming from out of state I didn't know anyone and I left the party with so many new friends.
