MOLD INFESTED WALLS

I lived at apartments at the venue for two years, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There is a serious mold infestation on the walls. Maintenance addresses this issue by spraying a solution on it and wiping it off... only for the mold to grow back days later. This was a serious health issue for myself and my family. When I complained to corporate and shared pictures of the mold I had taken, I was told that the mold was not visible....!!!! IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. I suffered an allergic ...
reaction from it and had to evacuate with my family prior to our lease ending. We ultimately moved due to this, and incredibly poor customer service representatives. In particular Jessica one of the managers, HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING. She was very ineffective in communication (calling back), has a poor memory (would forget important information regarding our unit), and generally has little to know knowledge on how to properly run a leasing office. Katie was another representative who I dealt with, that was very argumentative for no reason. There is a new property manager there, however she is just as unprofessional as the others. I would highly recommend that no human being EVER reside here.

Well let me start off saying that they allow people that are not on a lease to be there they also allow convicted drug felons in the gated community so we are moving because I want my children safe and not around drug addicts I have addressed this with the staff many times still with no results so we have decided to pack our stuff and leave....

This apartment complex is horrible when it comes to customer service. There is so much to say about this place but I’ll keep it brief and straight to the point. We were without air for 3 straight summer months (they tried to patch it the part instead of replacing it). We had to complain to corporate to even get a floor unit. Then the floor unit left our carpet completely soaked! We were never fully compensated for the inconveniences or the increase in our electric bill. Next issue was the washer. ...
It continued to break (not rinsing or draining). Maintenance always came while I was at work and lied to say nothing was wrong with the washer, but every time I would try to wash a load of clothes it would break down in the middle of the cycle. I let this issue slide since we would be moving soon.
The biggest issue: move out..... when it was time to move, i laid $2023.50 to break the lease, pay termination fee, & pay rent through my 60 days. The office was sooooo responsive on this day. As they were getting their money. However....... this place never ever answers their phone or returns your call. They completely fucked us over on our move out. They didn’t show up for our schedule inspection, but two months later (after numerous attempts of us trying to contact them For the status of our movement) finally returned our call, after we contacted their former management property. They wanted to charge us for the leaving the apartment “dirty”. Specifically the bathroom tubs and stove burners. I have videos of how clean i left everything. But after the fact of them not showing up and wanting to charge us over $300 in cleaning fees for things they allege were dirty, is completely bullshit. This place doesn’t know what customer service is, and it is no surprise that their old management company dropped them as a property. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and the water bill is ridiculously high with so many different charges. And you are not billed per usuage but rather what your building uses. We weee billed $176 for water for two months that we weren’t even living in the apartment. Then when I tried to call and pay the water bill, they wouldn’t take my payment because it wasn’t the total amount including their fabricated cleaning charges. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!
