The worst
August 13, 2023This was the worst experience I've ever dealt with. First off at move in nothing was clean or in the apartment like it was supposed to be. After us mothers complained for weeks they finally received what they were told. At the beginning of summer my child had someone take over her lease well the verge personal but the person in a different apartment for better placement, and never told my child. The person taking over my child lease got ahold of her and told her. My child knew she had to pay but ...then was asked to vacate the room they had someone who wanted to move in. So we packed everything up and moved out. Sent the key like they asked. Forward to August 10 and she gets a bill owing for 2 months. I guess it fell through, but how is that my child's fault? Bad don't rent
March 31, 2018Do not rent from them. They charge a bunch of fees when you leave that they don't ever fix. We put brand new covers on the stove and they tried to charge us 30 dollars to replace then which they had already charged the other roommate most before and never fixed. They charged 60 for floor cleaning but my roommates said they only vacuumed and didn't clean the floors and when confronted by evidence of this they lied. When you call maintenance they take forever to fix anything. Had a broken fridge ...for months.
