  • Deceitful Management

    The worst management I have ever experienced. The elevator has been broke for 2 full months and excuse after excuse. The lies are out of control. Also the building is infested with roaches. There are roach traps in the managers office. Stay away!

    Amazing building with a spectacular location. The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive. The common areas and rooftop are incredible. The building is very pet friendly and has a great rooftop dog park. The building has old world charm with a modern update. The units are spacious and sophisticated. Truly the best of Philadelphia and Rittenhouse neighborhood

    My husband and I have only been living at the Versailles for under two months, but we can honestly say we are thrilled to be here. They have restored a historical building with modern yet timeless updates. The apartments are expansive. They didn't update the apartments with flimsy appliances, flooring, etc. - everything is top of the line, genuine, and efficient. The management company is responsive, helpful, and extremely professional. Teresa, the property manager, is so great. She really takes ...
    the time to talk to her residents, find solutions, and she takes pride in her work. She and the entire Alterra team have been excellent from the minute we began our apartment search. The concierge personnel at the front desk are attentive and friendly. The Versailles has updated, classy, first-rate apartments, incredible amenities, all run by a caring, professional staff.
