Great Management- Love Living Here!
July 10, 2021My girlfriend and I moved in a few months ago and we’ve been loving it here! The apartment has lots of space and we love the open concept living and kitchen areas. Move-in was a breeze- the property management office was communicative and very helpful. Location is great, a very short walking distance to Wawa and CVS for any of our last minute needs and everything else is just a quick ride down Ridge. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, and convenient building in Roxborough- you won’t be ...disappointed here!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Building and Perfect Location!
June 7, 2021I was one of the first residents in this building back in November and I’m so glad I moved in! I wanted to be closer to my family in Plymouth Meeting but still enjoy the conveniences of living in the city and this checks off those boxes- I am able to get in and out of Center City pretty easily since the bus stop is half a block away but also not deal with all traffic when I want to go visit my parents. The apartment itself is great- lots of beautiful natural light from the windows and the ...fixtures are great (especially the kitchen). 10/10 would recommend!Property Manager Responded
