I would not recommend The View North Hills to anyone who values security, quiet, or responsive property management. One of the property’s advertised features is controlled access, yet the entrance door to my building has not worked properly for approximately three weeks. A security feature is meaningless when the door does not reliably secure the building. This is not a minor inconvenience; it directly affects residents’ safety and peace of mind. So far love it! Clean quiet and close to a variety of things. Best is for my girlfriend cuts her commute for work down. Our leasing agent Lucia was a pleasure to work with. She walked us through the process and helped guided us through parts of the area. Easy to speak with and just a lovely person.

I really enjoy living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff Lucia, Nikki, Dylan, Lauren, Feta and Jeff are friendly, helpful, and always takes care of any issues quickly. I especially appreciate how respectful and professional the maintenance team is. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend these apartments! The gym has new equipment and pool is fun.

I moved in last year with the new managers. They keep making this place better every month not only to apartments but the landscaping and just all over. They do events a lot. I'd love to see a wine night. I live over near the dog bark with a great view can never hear the dogs.

This place is amazing! The location is prime for everything. mall, restaurants and right by north park lake. My apartment has hardwood thats brand new. I came back three times and they didint mind.

The apartments are really junky and dumpy. Doors aren't on the hinges right so there's gaps in between the frame, there's almost ZERO cabinet space in the kitchen and in the laundry area for towels and other items. Cabinet doors aren't warped and the paint looks like it's curdling, bathtub is disgusting and needs a major makeover. I regret signing a lease. It's just a countdown now until my lease ends so I can get the hell out of this place.

I have lived here for many years and experienced the property neglect and disinvestment by previous ownership/management companies. Lucia and The View Team are really trying to improve things. The pool area landscaping is beautiful and resort-like and a new pool heater has been installed.
