I have lived here for many years and experienced the property neglect and disinvestment by previous ownership/management companies. Lucia and The View Team are really trying to improve things. The pool area landscaping is beautiful and resort-like and a new pool heater has been installed.

I just moved to Pittsburgh from the Philadelphia area, and had no idea how to plan to start moving what felt far away.
Nikki in the leasing office helped make the logistics behind moving easier. Through multiple, long phone calls, and multiple video tours of the space, I knew this was my future apartment.
My unit is freshly renovated, with a secure front door for the building’s entrance. The neighborhood is clean, with awesome amenities on site. Maintenance has also been easy to work with ...

Have been seeing noticeable improvements in living here over last four years with new business manager! Especially appreciate improved communication with residents with the monthly newsletter. Pool and common areas are beautiful. The community room is amazing with lots of amenities very pet friendly and a great dog walking place.

I've lived here for 3 years, and this is by far the best owners company we've had. Lucia and Fateh are awesome and always helpful whenever anything comes up. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly, communication is much better, and things get taken care of quickly. It's been great seeing the positive changes around the community. I'm really happy living here!

I lived in this community for nearly three years and unfortunately my experience with the maintenance staff was extremely disappointing. When you first interact with them…especially during inquiries about the apartment! they present themselves as polite and professional. However once you’re a resident, particularly when raising concerns or preparing to move out their attitude changes significantly. They often come across as rude and unprofessional, treating residents as if they are a burden ...
rather than valued tenants.
In addition to this, I’d like to highlight a few key issues:
1. Outdated Appliances and High Electricity Costs
Most of The apartments are equipped with old appliances that are highly inefficient and consume excessive electricity. Even without heavy usage, my monthly electricity bill exceeded $230, which is unreasonably high.
2. Package Security Issues
Packages are frequently misplaced or even stolen, which creates ongoing inconvenience and concern for residents.
3. Lack of Proper Disposal Options
There are no adequate facilities for disposing of large items such as mattresses, furniture, or other bulky waste. Although there is often a large container on-site, residents are not allowed to use it. If caught, management imposes a $250 fine, which feels excessive and poorly managed.
4. Recurring Maintenance Problems
Maintenance issues are rarely resolved properly. Staff will fix a problem temporarily, only for it to reoccur within a few weeks. This creates a frustrating cycle of repeated repairs without any long-term solution.
5. Parking Difficulties
Parking is a constant challenge. After 8 PM, it becomes very difficult to find a spot near your apartment, as spaces are usually fully occupied.
Overall, my experience was frustrating due to poor management practices, lack of accountability, and inadequate facilities. I would strongly encourage prospective residents to consider these issues carefully before making a decision.

These apartments are put together as cheaply and quickly as possible and the horrible management staff will not only fail to meet you concerns but will also make sure to charge you for everything possible on the way out to make sure you pay even extra for their trashy location.
The management team is unresponsive and unprofessional in every sense of the word and I would recommend everyone stay away and avoid this place as much as possible.

I have rented many apartments in my 10 years of stay in US, AION management is by far the worst I have dealt with. I have stayed at the view at north hills previously known as Woodhawk club apartments for 5 years and this place is extremely expensive for the value it offers specially under new management. If you plan to lease - be prepared for poor maintenance and the arrogant leasing staff - they are good only till you sign lease. The leasing offices would hardly pick your call thereafter. They ...
would always complain about short staff and request would not be resolved for months. They would not hesitate to call cops on you if you argue.Lastly they would keep your deposits even for minor issues which could be as simple as pencil or crayon marks on wall - double coat required like seriously. They would never refer the move in checklist and fine at will. AION head office will only give you ticket numbers and no solution. If you love to argue and have ample free time this is the place to be.

This property is not maintained and has terrible management. If you have any concerns or need service requests you will not get anything addressed or it will take several months (not exaggerating). I’m in a newly updated unit with all new appliances and the dryer never worked. None of my shelves are securely screwed into the wall therefore I’m not able to use them amongst other issues.
