      I absolutely LOVE my apartment! Great location! I'm 10 minutes to work and have 20 restaurants within walking distance. Not to mention, the ballpark, Guthrie Green, the TPAC, bookstore, and several churches close by. I love being able to walk to all the festivals.

      Community is very kind and inviting here. The walls are very thin and the hot water is scarce but overall it’s a great place to live. The location is ideal for commuting close to downtown, it’s near the overlapping highways.

      I've lived downtown in the past in an apartment community nearby and I'm blown away at how insulated The View is from all the downtown noise. It's surprisingly peaceful compared to other places but still has all the great conveniences and walkability of living in the heart of downtown. The building is beautiful and well maintained. I feel incredibly safe and secure. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would change is to install a cables machine in the gym so that ...

      So far my experience at The View has been positive. The amenities are nice and haven’t ran into any issues with my unit or the facility other than the elevator being down longer than expected, which was more so an inconvenience than a real issue.

      The management team at The View is simply amazing. They are so on top of everything and go out of their way to make living there a great experience. The building is always clean and smells amazing. They go the extra mile to sort packages and divide them up by apartment so they are easy to collect. They have cute festive events for the residents just for fun.
