Lack of integrity

Regular employees are nice... but.. Management... Complete lack of integrity and honesty, it’s like it’s being run by a bunch of slimeball lawyers. Here is a sampling of things that happened in the year I was a resident:
-My washer and (their) microwave got fried in my apartment due to a surge in their building’s electrical system. They replaced their microwave and would no nothing about my washer.
Maintenance left their keys in my door. All day.
Overcharged me on a cleaning fee on ...
move-out, did not own up to error, even when faced with the evidence! (Bizarro world moment)
Left a threatening note on my door because I only paid $1495 of my $1505 bill. They hadn’t updated the payment system by the first of the month to include all the nickel and dime fees yet, but still thought it was fine to leave me that note over $10 even though it was their fault (common theme is they NEVER accept responsibility).
I stopped having a pet, so asked to get my pet fee back. Nope, should’ve told them earlier.
Gate is ALWAYS broken. So much for security. So weird that my car was broken into while parked there, huh?
Good luck parking close to your apartment if you come in late. There won’t be a space for you. There will be covered parking spaces open, but if you aren’t paying for it, expect a threatening call.

If you like ROACHES, appliances that don't fully function, old carpets, and an unappreciative and immature office staff, then this is the place for you. This is NOT an upscale place. Half the time the gates don't work and you have less than desirable neighbors. You could rent a nice home for the money you spend here. Go elsewhere.

Celeste and team you all are doing fantastic work. Seriously, I have been living in San Antonio almost 5 years and this is my third apartment community and I regret that I could not find you guys earlier. Floor Plan and Unit -
I especially liked the 2B1B plan which I am currently in. It is awesome and perfectly planned floor plan. You will feel that there is not at all waste of area or interior. Kitchen, both bedrooms, living room etc are perfectly designed and architected.
Maintenance -
I still remember the way Celeste took care of one of the work orders by arranging pest control prior to the schedule. Highly appreciate that. Also, all the work orders got done almost on the same day
Community -
Really great ppl community. Awesome pool and gym area.
Overall -
You feel same response all the time what you had while moving to this community. Last but not the least, if I moved back to Texas, this will be my home for sure. Keep up the good work. :) :)

Our family has been living here for about a year and a half. The staff is great! The team always great my children and I with a genuine smile. The maitnence staff is amazing and so trust worthy. They even let my 2 yr old "help" do repairs with his toy drill. The 2 bed 1 bath is a perfect layout for us

The apartments them selves are nice, a tad over priced, and the extras we are charged but don't use bothers us some. The pool area is amazing!
