Lack of integrity

Regular employees are nice... but.. Management... Complete lack of integrity and honesty, it’s like it’s being run by a bunch of slimeball lawyers. Here is a sampling of things that happened in the year I was a resident:
-My washer and (their) microwave got fried in my apartment due to a surge in their building’s electrical system. They replaced their microwave and would no nothing about my washer.
Maintenance left their keys in my door. All day.
Overcharged me on a cleaning fee on ...
move-out, did not own up to error, even when faced with the evidence! (Bizarro world moment)
Left a threatening note on my door because I only paid $1495 of my $1505 bill. They hadn’t updated the payment system by the first of the month to include all the nickel and dime fees yet, but still thought it was fine to leave me that note over $10 even though it was their fault (common theme is they NEVER accept responsibility).
I stopped having a pet, so asked to get my pet fee back. Nope, should’ve told them earlier.
Gate is ALWAYS broken. So much for security. So weird that my car was broken into while parked there, huh?
Good luck parking close to your apartment if you come in late. There won’t be a space for you. There will be covered parking spaces open, but if you aren’t paying for it, expect a threatening call.
