The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light and he amenities are top-notch. May 5, 2024I have been a resident for about a year now, I have had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay here so far. My apartment is very big and spacious I couldn’t find a better one! The apartment complex is close to many things that are walking distance. Wonderful and clean amenities! Anytime I have any issues with appliances or anything that needs adjustments maintenance is quick to respond and fix the issues. Property manager Tierra is very professional and is always sending out emails to keep us ...residents updated to any changes or events going on. She is alway very effective and quick to solve any issues or complaints. Leasing agent Erica is also very helpful and courteous as well. I have reserved parking and one afternoon someone was in my reserved parking spot. Leasing agent Erica offered to give me her parking spot so I didn’t not have to park so far as someone was in my parking spot. The staff here really does put residents first and make sure we all have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend staying here to anyone.Property Manager Responded

*Used to* be good
January 21, 2024First year here was great, until the new management took over. Residents on top floors are permitted to blast subwoofers at all times, dusk till dawn. You cannot live in your own home in peace, you cannot sleep, even hundreds of feet away, and management does not address or even acknowledge the issue. Not to mention this level of low frequency noise is well beyond the legal limit in the county. Worst apartment I have ever had, and I've had many. Don't make the mistake I did and avoid this place ...like the plague!Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2023I absolutely love This apartment complex. Starting from the amazing leasing staff Tierra and Jeanette. They are always so helpful and friendly! Never had a problem while living here. I also always get safe living here which was big for me! Love that there is always something going on at the field and around the location of these apartments. Maintenance requests are answered and fixed within a day. The maintenance staff really maintains this facility. There was never a delay!Review from Apartments.com

The apartments are really clean and it’s actually really quiet here. It’s gorgeous and I am on the skybox floor, so that’s a plus and it’s a beautiful view of the field.
