I have been a resident for about a year now, I have had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay here so far. My apartment is very big and spacious I couldn’t find a better one! The apartment complex is close to many things that are walking distance. Wonderful and clean amenities! Anytime I have any issues with appliances or anything that needs adjustments maintenance is quick to respond and fix the issues. First year here was great, until the new management took over. Residents on top floors are permitted to blast subwoofers at all times, dusk till dawn. You cannot live in your own home in peace, you cannot sleep, even hundreds of feet away, and management does not address or even acknowledge the issue. Not to mention this level of low frequency noise is well beyond the legal limit in the county. Worst apartment I have ever had, and I've had many. Don't make the mistake I did and avoid this place ...

I absolutely love This apartment complex. Starting from the amazing leasing staff Tierra and Jeanette. They are always so helpful and friendly! Never had a problem while living here. I also always get safe living here which was big for me! Love that there is always something going on at the field and around the location of these apartments. Maintenance requests are answered and fixed within a day. The maintenance staff really maintains this facility. There was never a delay!

Convenient but busy location. Parking is annoying unless you never leave home. Unit was accessed without my permission, items taken. I contacted management but no one returned my calls, twice.

I absolutely love it here. I live the city feeling without actually being in the city. Tierra is awesome! The communication with the front office is amazing! The apartments are really clean and it’s actually really quiet here. It’s gorgeous and I am on the skybox floor, so that’s a plus and it’s a beautiful view of the field. I highly recommend this community.

I have enjoyed living here for 3 years and have renewed for a 4th year. Maintenance issues have always been resolved within 24 hours. The only negative is the monstrous buildings allowed to be built in front our formerly beautiful location.
