Unprofessional Staff/Customer service
September 7, 2023Hi, I has a very bad experience with the lady whom I spoke to inquiry the property. I has little research on website and I possibly lease this property for 12 months. She was a terrible, she don't know how to deal with customers and she didn't show her professionalism with me. I would suggest management please review her work give more orientation or training to fit on that position. Hopefully management would find someone who has good attitude and more professional. August 6, 2023Seriously do not move here. I’ve been here 3 yrs and it has only gotten worse. Management is disgustingly poor. I don’t even know if there’s a maintenance team. There’s been squatters in the buildings. They have really bad plumbing issues since the first day I moved in. Nothing gets fixed. Mold has grown on my ceiling in the bathroom because of leakage above me and it has been about 4 months and nothing has been done. Take your business elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

July 19, 2022Please listen to the reviews. I moved into Prosper Fairways because they were cheaper than other places near by, but I promise it’s not worth it. Spend the extra money to live in a decent place. Crime is at an all time high. You hear gunshots atleast 4 times a week. The staff is super rude, and work orders do not get fulfilled. March 14, 2022The list is so long but for starters there has been 3 property management/ owners in a year. Nothing gets fixed and there isn't even a way to contact the office now. People let their dogs go out on the balcony to no regard of who lives above then or below them. I mean my 3y/o daughter got dog urine all over her the other day because of the people upstairs just throwing their puppy out on the balcony. There is trash EVERYWHERE. Worst Experience
February 21, 2022My experience here was awful. There are an insane amount of roaches, maintenance came to fulfill ONE of my work orders and yelled at me to just throw a lime in my clogged garbage disposal then left. They never came to respond to my dishwasher being broken or both of my showers not working. The walls are incredibly thin, the place is not well kept at all, and the "pest control" people do not actually do anything. I have checked many times after they left. People will steal your packages and ...management will NEVER answer your calls or emails. After so many issues, I finally just had to end my lease. I felt unsafe, uncared for, and overall disgusted. A Dystopian Nightmare
August 30, 2021Avoid renting here at all costs! Since moving in, this place has been a nightmare with a constant barrage of noise due thin walls and a pathetic excuse for insulation not even able to dampen the chatter in the hallways. Dried blood was left in the common hallway for days before being cleaned and disinfected, diapers can be found littering the parking lot and are left there for months out in the summer heat, and the units themselves are something out of a dystopian nightmare. Thick smears of paint ...are plastered across the cabinets to hide the wear of the years, the rusted hinged peaking through as the paint flakes off. Even the rusted drain in the tub was painted over to try and hide this negligence. Maintenance requests are often left unanswered. Poor Apartment
March 1, 2021Didn't have the best experience at this apartment. The apartment is in an unsafe neighborhood. I had a roach problem in the apartment. The gym that they promised to be open soon never opens. They give you discounts to move in and then charge you out of the wazoo for fees at the time of move out. They give you every reason out of the book of why you don't get back your security deposit. Lastly, they dodge your calls, emails, and voicemails.Review from Apartments.com
Management is terrible
January 26, 2021Ross is very helpful and professional and maintenance has been great everything else is terrible the property manager is never there and the assistant is never available i called to speak with either the property manager or assistant and krystal told me they were both out when i called back the next day i was told the property manager was in a meeting and to call back in a hour but when i called back the property manager was gone for the rest of the day i put in a work order which was completed ...and two days later they sent someone else for the same thing the management is never there to know whats going on with the property and if you have a emergency dont count on the managers to know about it you would be surprised if the managers actually work thereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 27, 2019The gym hasn’t been opened for over 2 years now, which was never disclosed to us upon signing the lease. They keep making promises to fix it along with a “grand reopening” party, which opened nothing except their wallets to more money. Great Staff
March 18, 2019I moved in 3/15/2019 and the staff was excellent you could tell that Jeremy was new but he is a great employee. A little upset they don't have a plumber on call but other than that for a speedy move in everything was good.Property Manager Responded
