Woke up to No heat
January 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWe woke up to no heat our apartment was freezing so we turned on our Electric heaters and called the after hour maintenance number at 7:33 am and by 8 am I got a call saying they would be over to check our heat out. So by 8:15 -8:30 Bob was here looking at our heat and took apart our furnace and took something out and took it with him to clean it and brought it back and had our heat working by 11:00 am. He also changed our furnace filter as well. Way to go Bob !!!for taking care of us. He didn’t ...even mind our Goldendoodle barking. The maintenance team is great: Robert and Steve took their time to explain the problems with our heater. Steve took the time to show me how to fix our stove.
