The apartments are large enough to have company. Management and Maintenance staff are very friendly and very quick to take care of issues. They do have food trucks arrive periodically that show local trucks. Management is willing to work with you if you have issues.

Woke up to No heat

We woke up to no heat our apartment was freezing so we turned on our Electric heaters and called the after hour maintenance number at 7:33 am and by 8 am I got a call saying they would be over to check our heat out. So by 8:15 -8:30 Bob was here looking at our heat and took apart our furnace and took something out and took it with him to clean it and brought it back and had our heat working by 11:00 am. He also changed our furnace filter as well. Way to go Bob !!!for taking care of us. He didn’t ...
even mind our Goldendoodle barking. I kept apologizing and he kept saying he is just doing his job protecting his humans. Thanks so much Bob for giving us heat we appreciate you!!!

The apartments are overall very homey. We've had a few issues with appliances and our heater, but maintenance is quick to respond. The maintenance team is great: Robert and Steve took their time to explain the problems with our heater. Steve took the time to show me how to fix our stove. I love learning about handiwork around the home, so it's always a plus when the maintenance takes their time in our home. Thanks, gang!

The management here has always been exceptionally helpful and courteous anytime I’ve went to them with questions or concerns. I’ve had very few issues during the 4 years I’ve lived here that needed to be addressed by the maintenance team, but anytime I needed their help they always did their job in a timely and professional manner. I moved in two weeks ago and I have zero regrets. I’m so happy that I am here. The units are very clean and well taken care of, it is very quiet and peaceful here.
The process of choosing this place to live and all the steps of moving in was made so easy and stress free by Amanda!
