Woke up to No heat
January 27, 2026We woke up to no heat our apartment was freezing so we turned on our Electric heaters and called the after hour maintenance number at 7:33 am and by 8 am I got a call saying they would be over to check our heat out. So by 8:15 -8:30 Bob was here looking at our heat and took apart our furnace and took something out and took it with him to clean it and brought it back and had our heat working by 11:00 am. He also changed our furnace filter as well. Way to go Bob !!!for taking care of us. He didn’t ...even mind our Goldendoodle barking. I kept apologizing and he kept saying he is just doing his job protecting his humans. Thanks so much Bob for giving us heat we appreciate you!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Apartments on a Budget
January 7, 2026The apartments are overall very homey. We've had a few issues with appliances and our heater, but maintenance is quick to respond. The maintenance team is great: Robert and Steve took their time to explain the problems with our heater. Steve took the time to show me how to fix our stove.
