Love the dog park and it's a quite environment. The office staff are excellent. Especially Jamie and Cheyenne. They were there to help me with all my questions I had while moving in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean and quite place to live..

Office staff is rude, when you call them and ask them to deal with the roach problem, they act like it's not their problem. They refuse to mandate pest control for all the apartments and will only spray once a month if you ask them to.
Was a great place to live years ago, has really went down hill!

Dog Park

I take my dogs over to the park. Each time I have to check to make sure the double gate facing East is always leaning and there is a big gap. I always pull it together and latch the gate to hold it shut. It isn't the maintenance guys that do that. It is the residents that use the double gate, and I think they use that gate. It is for the guys to use that mow our grass.

Highland Terrace is a good place to live. The maintenance staff and the ladies in the office are amazing. It is in a great location to all shopping. Chyanne and Meagan always smile, and willing to help in any way possible.

Good neighbors, and close to everything. We have a Great office staff Cheyenne and Monday are always there with a smile and ready to assist you. There is a new maintenance staff that are doing a lot of work getting things updating and get rental units ready for new tenants. We have a new "Bark Park" for our fur babies
And rumor of a new fitness center center.
