January 24, 2026My Family moved here over a year ago, and I absolutely love this neighborhood, the staff works very hard to keep it neat. This neighborhood is very diverse and I have the best neighbors. There are a lot of kids in this neighborhood if you are looking for a family oriented place to live this is your place, it is nice, peaceful and if you need anything the staff is awesome here especially if you call and ask for Kayla!Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2025I’ve lived at Village at Caney Mills for 3 years, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, it’s been a peaceful, well-kept, and welcoming community. One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet it is ... no constant noise or disruptions, just a calm environment where you can actually relax and feel at home. The management team has been wonderful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We’re not the type ...to ask for much, but on the rare occasion we’ve needed maintenance, the response has been impressively fast and professional. It also makes a big difference that the neighbors are nice. Everyone seems to take pride in living here, which really shows in how the community feels: clean, safe, and thoughtfully maintained. December 10, 2024Please avoid at all cost this has been the worst experience that I have ever had leasing a home from any organization. I'm sure that after this is brought to their attention by these public means they will follow-up with another post expressing concern about the matter when it shouldn't have even come to this. This community is conducting in fraudulent bait and switch practices of false advertising showing a decent home then giving a fraudulent story about the property you viewed only to be ...upsold on a non renovated down grade that smells like raw sewage and infested with spiders and other critters.Property Manager Responded
