The location is incredibly convenient and close to everything I need on a daily basis, which has made life so much easier. February 20, 2026It's a beautiful, tasteful place, and they frequently ensure that the rules of coexistence are followed and improve the facilities. It's also very well located in an area of commercial and residential growth in all directions. The office staff is very friendly… I love the guidelines regarding the use of common areas, which are smoke-free, for all types of smokers…??… the proper use of the garbage collection system, although not everyone on my floor respects it (but that's up to each resident), I ...like that access to the hallways is restricted; I've noticed that buildings with unrestricted access are usually dirtier and more run-down. February 15, 2026This apartment has been amazing to us. One of the best things they do here is they communicate very well. Let you know when there is construction. When maintenance is coming and overall very good. The amenities here are very nice. The application process went very smooth and did it all from another state. They help me all the way.
