March 20, 2026We’ve been here since 2018 and every year the management company, we’ve been here through quite a few, always offers resigning our lease early for less of an increase, but in the past there were a lot of hoops to jump through. This year on the other hand, it seemed like the same hoops, but a 5 minute meeting with Lori not only cleared up the previous confusion but I only had to do one thing when I got home & shazam! We were signed up for the early bird lease! Her knowledge of her company’s ...procedures & the ease she explained it made this year’s resigning so smooth and an absolute delight! The amenities are top-notch, and the whole place is really well-kept. What makes it stand out most, though, is the staff—they are always so helpful and actually care about the people living there.
