Run Away From This Place
November 30, 2023Moved here because I thought it would be a safe complex being that they sold me on Secure Parking Garages and having a FOB system to get into building. Well.....Garage gates are constantly broken and so are the elevators. At one point we had homeless people living in the garages and cars have gotten broken into. They don't give residents parking decals. The doors into the buildings are broken so strangers can come in anytime. The hallways do not get cleaned with this new mgmt. company that ...started in April. The smell of pee and poop are disgusting. Stairwells are not cleaned. Maintenance comes in and doesn't turn of lights and leaves a mess. Your lucky to even get a request filled. They do not do anything when neighbors are blaring their music till 3 AM. THIS MGMT. COMPANY DOES NOTHING. They don't even answer there phones half the time.Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2023I am so happy to call The Village at Lake Lily my new home. From the first time I got in touch with them, Darius has been so helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (and I had many) and was very knowledgeable through it all. He truly made what was such a stressful time very seamless for us. Post move, I have still received excellent service from them - I have no complaints! The new management is superb and I would absolutely recommend. Notable mention, the location is ...perfect! NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
July 29, 2023I just have to say, the new management has been absolutely amazing since taking over! The fire alarms were such a nuisance before, going off for hours on end almost every day. But once the new team came in, they fixed the problem within a day and we haven't heard a single alarm since! I know there are some negative reviews floating around, but honestly, some residents just need to give them a chance to make positive changes. And let me tell you, Darius is an absolute gem! He's a true southern ...gentleman from Texas and always goes above and beyond for us residents. If you need anything from the office, he's your guy!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
March 9, 2023Moved here because of the amenities. What a bad mistake. Pools are dirty and cloudy. Hot tubs never work. Grills don't work. Garbage, dog poop & urine in hallways, stairwells and elevators that never get cleaned up or take forever. It smells real bad in the stairwells and the stairs looked like they've been peed on. May 28, 2022This place is awful! Fire alarms go off monthly, maintenance never shows up or does 1/2 of their job and never comes back. No one in the office does anything. Don’t let the parking garage gates fool you they will never close and haven’t in years. There are roaches just chilling in the hallways. The pool is never clean, the hot tub hasn’t been hot in years. They say they are renovating each recreational space but they aren’t and will make excuses as to why. They give little to no updates when ...there is an emergency. Since the parking garage doors don’t close you can never find parking spaces due to general public using the garage. If you have a balcony it will have bugs and lizards and be really nasty they do not clean it before move in!! Please save yourself the struggle and move somewhere else!! May 10, 2021Lake Lily is a very nice place to live. I have no issues at all w/ the staff nor the maintenance. Its very clean. I have NO BUGS/ ROACHES. (Thank you staff for the AWESOME up keep.) They clean the hallways at a reasonable time. The tenants need to clean up behind there pets mishaps and not ignore that fact a mess was made on the hallway floors. Having many restaurants and shops within walking distance, a farmers market every Sunday right outside your door, and many lakes you can walk around for exercise are just a few reasons to move here. You also have the option of two different pool areas with very comfortable furniture to lounge on. We absolutely love the convivence of having an elevator when you're moving in or out and to use when you're feeling lazy. The ...parking garage is one of the best features! It's nice to not get covered in rain walking to your car and being able to unload your groceries on the floor you live on.
