August 27, 2025Beautiful community, management takes care of issues quickly. Maintenance is really quick and super nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Only downside I would say is the single pane windows and in this heat dual pane is a necessity for lower electric bills and cooler living space. Also lack of A/C vent in the kitchen so when you cook it gets very hot and stays hot for a long time.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2025Dog poop right outside our place and stepped in it twice. Smell of weed right outside. Weird guy walking around with unleashed dog all day and I don't think he lives here. There are abandoned cats. One vomited on our stairs and it was not cleaned when we moved in. It was not cleaned even when requested. That cat walked right into our apartment when we opened it. He is friendly but strange that nobody seems to be caring for the poor thing in this heat. The apartment itself was clearly not cleaned ...beforehand and they did the "landlord special" by painting over hair and debris (which you can see) rather than actually wiping and cleaning the place before painting. Floors and counters were both dirty, so it makes me wonder whether they actaully did carpet cleaning as they said they would when I first applied. Few chips/cracks and leaks on the appliances/kitchen faucet. Overall not that great of an experience. June 18, 2025The move in experience was a 5 star Jasmine was very awesome! I also worked slightly with Bonnie and she was just as diligent regarding our families transition moving in. We were a little nervous as though we were at our old residency for almost 8 years and change can be scary. I appreciate the effective communication and overall professionalism among Jasmine and Bonnie. We have been here for a little over 2 weeks and so far so good. May 28, 2025This apartment complex has its ups and downs, but overall it’s been a manageable place to live. The location is a major plus — close to shopping and essentials — and having access to a pool and jacuzzi is a nice touch. Rent has crept up over time, which can be frustrating, especially for tenants who’ve consistently paid on time and followed the rules. Maintenance is definitely a highlight; the team is friendly and quick to resolve issues. Lately, there’s been a noticeable shift in the atmosphere ...with some tenants being a bit noisier or taking over parking areas to work on cars. A few minor safety concerns have popped up, but nothing overwhelming. It’s not perfect, but it works if you’re looking for something reasonably comfortable with responsive support.Property Manager Responded
