    Living here has been a great experience — the neighborhood is peaceful, the staff is responsive, and the amenities make daily life comfortable.. The staff has been responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance, which made settling in much easier.

    Management staff is good. Maintenance crew is also nice and helpful. The grounds are maintained well and the snow is plowed and shoveled in the winter.

    We’ve lived here almost 6 years, in 3 different units. We love it! I think they could use a better playground as there are so many toddlers/younger kids. The community of people are nice and you feel safe. Rent is high everywhere but I still recommend here for the location-close to Highway, stores and the mall, and overall peace of mind.

    My family and I are loving living here. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. Everything we need is very close by. The Village Taylor Pond is well located.

    We have been at Taylor Pond for a little over 4 months now and it has been a great experience. The building and grounds are kept very clean and the staff is always welcoming and willing to help whenever needed!

    I recently moved in, and I'm very happy with the apartment and experience so far! The property staffs are amazing, and the building and unit are beautiful! I lowered a star because none of the internet outlets are working since I moved in, which I'm sure will get fixed soon, but is a little inconvenience for sure. I also wish the building had an elevator because I had a hard time moving in all the furnitures and belongings. A couple of neighbors told me the same experience when they moved ...
