August 7, 2025This was my first apartment, so mostly pretty good. Pretty good price for what you get. I just need to downsize. Maintenance responds pretty quickly, neighbors are nice.. however, the laundry room hasn’t been functional for at least 4 months, there has been a recent mice problem.Property Manager Responded

December 30, 2024Niece area, but mice live under the stone rocks in the community. If your child leaves their bike, scooter, etc. Outside it gets thrown away by the groundkeepers or maintenance.
