This was my first apartment, so mostly pretty good. Pretty good price for what you get. I just need to downsize. Maintenance responds pretty quickly, neighbors are nice.. however, the laundry room hasn’t been functional for at least 4 months, there has been a recent mice problem.

Niece area, but mice live under the stone rocks in the community. If your child leaves their bike, scooter, etc. Outside it gets thrown away by the groundkeepers or maintenance. I do like how they are always helping when you need them to fix something in your house.

The property & our apartment could have been updated a lil more for the price. The rental staff changed alot within the 3years of us being here. Even though, most of the issues in general; in the apt & community where handled, it takes a few times to get it done.
