Very outdated
December 27, 2021Everything in apartments are old. The laundry washer and dryer from the 80s and dirty inside. They do not power wash apartments or clean out vents which is very dangerous fire hazard. They do not let you move in without renters insurance for this reason. Heat and air push around dirty air. The blinds are yellow and rotting. When asked for new ones I was told they have to charge me. They raised my rent and didn’t do anything to update the apartment. Grout and corking is so old and cheap. Paint is ...the worst quality you will ever come across. The property manager is incompetent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Jerk neighbors ruin our experience
January 26, 2021Jerk neighbors ruin our experience here. We have Vin Diesel and gang from the fast and furious movies living next to us. No need for an alarm clock because the cars are so loud idling for 45 minutes every morning. Revving in the day time. Idling at midnight with the car club visits because they'd prefer to hangout in the parking lot instead of in their apartment for some reason. The lease does have a quiet enjoyment clause but I guess it's not enforceable. We also have multiple door slammers ...that shake our entire living room. And there are other issues I won't mention in a public review. Maintenance is friendly enough and with persistence took care of most of our move in issues but the list was long and it took a while.
