January 11, 2026There are 4 townhouses per section. Each townhouse has 2 parking spots in front of it, one designated and one not, except for the second to the right townhouse if you're facing them. It only has 1 space, the designated one. Extremely awkward, inconvenient and poor spacial planning. These specific townhouses should be cheaper . Overall good responses from maintenance, good neighbors with calm, safe surroundings. Convenient to local restaurants, businesses. Front office offers community events ...quarterly and know many residents by name. Several of the dog owners are too lazy to pick up their own dogs poop in the dog park even though dog bags are provided by the company/office. Overall good experience here.Property Manager Responded
