May 30, 2025I have lived in the Fort Town community for over a year and have loved every minute of it! Anytime I have an issue they are on top of it and make sure whatever the issue is has been fixed. Staff is amazing and maintenance guys are awesome!!!Property Manager Responded

May 15, 2025Living at The Villages has truly been a one of a kind experience. Kelsey is always willing to help with any concerns, give out love and treats to fur babies, and bring a smile to my face over a cup of coffee. The maintenance team has gone above and beyond to ensure that any issues are quickly dealt with. Now if only there was a car care center! Living here is affordable, comfortable, and welcoming. April 15, 2025The Villages at Fort Town, where do I begin. Admittedly, I was very skeptical about moving into a townhome/apartment setting, but a few months in and I'm regretting not doing it sooner. From the family like environment no matter where you are in the community to the well-kept and maintained homes, this experience has been nothing short of great. Facilites wise, you can't ask for much better. The pool is the spot in the summer! Grill out and chill out with the coolest kids on the block! If you're ...more of a fall person, there is a cozy fire pit that is always relaxing. The kiddos will love the huge playground and the doggos will make plenty of friends in their play area. The biggest thing that has been a blessing, is the friendly and caring staff. Kelsey made my move in experience so easy and made me feel like my happiness with everything mattered.
