Not cool!
September 18, 2022Went to fill out an application and didn't know what to expect. Gave the lady all my income info and fell well below the income restrictions for a 3 bed room. Income is 40 a year the restrictions was no more than 50 a year. She added my income up and was 42,000 a year and asked do I get any overtime, I said I might get maybe 10hrs a year overtime. She added to my income at 10hrs overtime weekly which made my income 62,000 a year and told me I can't apply because I make to much. I don't make no ...where near that much. I asked her to correct it because I don't get 10hrs overtime a week and she said she couldn't change it. It prices me out when me and my family had no where to go and this is income based government housing. I Gross 42,500 a year and take home maybe 37,000 of that. That is nowhere near 62,000 that she calculated make. Not cool!!Property Manager Responded
